Our villa is reached by a short private lane, off the main road.

This 164sqm detached house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people and sits in an approximately 5,000 sqm of fenced landscaped garden.

There is ample parking for several cars and a two-car garage.

It has 4 bedrooms, a games room, one bathroom, one shower room and a spacious dining-room and sitting-room. It also has an internet connection via ADSL and WIFI.

3 bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a WC are located on the ground floor, which can be useful for those who may have difficulties climbing stairs.

The garden is fenced and surrounded by a hedge, and is home to lots of birds and butterflies.

A little about Saujon

Saujon is ideally situated, close to Royan-12km- and the Atlantic Coast, near Saintes-25km and not far from Bordeaux-just one and a half hour drive from our villa.

The town has 2 large supermarkets, 2 discount stores, lots of shops, a lively market, bars and restaurants to suit all budgets and tastes, not to mention the numerous cultural events or activities held during summer months.You will be near the town center-1km, first supermarket 800m on "our" road-but far from traffic and noise. A good restaurant is nearby (5 minutes'walk)
In the villa, a file containing sightseeing brochures will show you a wide range of activities to make the most of your holiday.
